Spark and sustain human development
Built by practitioners, for practitioners.
Insaga was founded by people who spent years designing powerful learning experiences — and kept watching them dissolve.
Andy Sontag and Sean Bolton started Insaga because the problem was structural, not personal. The facilitators were skilled. The participants were willing. The sessions were good. But without intentional design for what happens before and after, sustained behavioural change was the exception, not the rule.
Insaga is the platform they wished existed.
Andy Sontag
Learning experience designer · facilitator · entrepreneur
Andy has spent 10+ years designing transformational learning programmes for global organisations including LEGO, IKEA, Adidas, Volkswagen, and Novonesis. He is Program Director of Experience Design at Kaospilot — one of Europe's leading schools for creative leadership — and a practitioner deeply rooted in adult development psychology, experiential learning, and behavioural change.
He built the SHIFT framework and the 5E Experience Model, now used in programmes across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

Insaga exists because of a question that won't go away.
How do we ensure that learning and insights transfer into changed behaviour?
We don't think we're the only ones asking it. Facilitators, L&D practitioners, coaches, educators, OD consultants — serious practitioners everywhere are hitting the same wall. Powerful experiences that don't stick. Programmes that inspire but don't change.
We're building tools, running experiments, and gradually gathering the people who care about solving this.
If that's you — you're already part of it.
