Privacy notice

Insaga is operated by Insaga ApS, registered in Denmark. We design Insaga around the principle that less data is better data — and that you should always know what we hold.

What we collect

When you create an account, we store your name, email and (optionally) phone number. When you have a conversation with Insaga as part of a learning program, we store the structured outputs of that conversation and, if your facilitator has enabled it, a written summary.

Why we collect it

• To give you and your facilitator a useful view of your learning
• To support reflection and follow-through over time
• To improve the product in aggregated, non-identifying ways

Who can see it

Your reflections are visible to you and to the facilitator or admin running your program. They are never sold, never used to train third-party AI models, and never shown to other participants without your explicit choice.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. Write to privacy@insaga.io and we'll respond within 5 working days.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies for authentication and basic, privacy-respecting analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Where data is stored

All personal data is stored on infrastructure within the European Union and is encrypted in transit and at rest.
